Thank you to Sean for helping myself and my dog Basil to be able to go on walks without Basil being agitated and barking at any dog within his sight.
After just two private lessons, I feel more confident in controlling him and he is responding to the commands we were both taught.
I would not hesitate in recommending your facility to anyone requiring training or who has any concerns regarding their pets.
Thank you once again and we will see you in October when Basil comes to stay.
Kind Regards Anita James and Basil
My first experience with The Links was the basic 8 week obedence course. I found Sean and Barbara were very pleasant to deal with through out the 8 weeks. No questions were ignored or any problems with the training,
Sean would step in and advise me of what I was doing wrong and how I could rectify the situation. I was amazed at Seans level of experience and passion he has in his teaching and handling of the dogs. I would strongly recommend The Links for anyone seeking obedence with their furry friend .

Oscar my Bichon Frise initially did bark a lot and it was becoming an issue with the neighbours. After his Bootcamp stay he’s so much more calmer, more responsive to the commands and generally more settled and happier. Previously a little bit of an anxious dog, he’s definitely gained more confidence. The follow up lessons as well have been an essential part of the program for us and have helped Oscar and I tremendously.

Hi, My names Frank from Rochedale.
In 2013 I joined the 8 week Obedience Course at Mt. Gravatt Showground with 'The Links'. I found it to be very useful in teaching me on how I need to train my dog. Sean is an excellent instructor and has a strong belief that anybody and everybody is capable to train their dog with his help, regardless on size/breed or age as long as they are willing to put the time and effort into it. My results were so impressive that Sean offered me voluntary work to Rover, which I have now been doing for 18 months and find it very rewarding.
Sean first came to do some in-home training with my crazy chocolate labrador Bella in November 2013. This in-home training was in conjunction with the beginners dog obedience course which we successfully completed in March 2014. On several occasions Bella has boarded with The Links kennels. On these occasions I was confident that Bella would be well looked after and kept safe. On top of the regular playtime I also took up a few of the extras The links offered – Bella had extra training sessions and a swimming lesson. I confidently recommend The Links for obedience training and boarding. Both Sean, Barbara and the girls were wonderful to deal with.

As well as our regular and emerging clients, we also had the pleasure of showing Dr Harry around our facilities!
